Immigrant Psychosocial Evaluations

Welcome to Mindplexcity! If you're here, you might be seeking an immigration psychosocial evaluation for your pending immigration case.

Our evaluations assess how past trauma and current concerns affect your mental health and emotional stability. These evaluations provide insight into your emotional, mental, physical, social, and financial hardship, which can strengthen your immigration case.

We specialize in evaluations for:

  • Hardship Cases

  • Asylum

  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

  • Victims of Trafficking (T Visa)

  • Victims of Crime (U-Visa)

Throughout the evaluation process, we offer a safe space for you to share your concerns. We'll gather details about your past traumas and hardships related to your case.

Our immigration psychosocial evaluations include:

  • In-depth interviews (2-3 appointments, 4-5 hours total)

  • Personal background and history assessment

  • Evaluation of mental health symptoms

  • Assessment of hardships related to your case

  • Completion of your evaluation report

  • Distribution of the finalized report to you and your attorney

Interviews are conducted virtually, via Telehealth, and reports are typically finalized within 15 days after your last interview. Expedited reports (5-7 days) are available for an additional fee. Payment can be divided into three equal installments, with full payment required before receiving the final report. If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us. We're here to support you through this process.
